Your time is precious, and so is ours. Let's help each other make the most of it.
Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- We require a credit card on file to reserve any visits with us.
- A minimum of 24-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule any appointment(s).
- Missed appointments will be charged the full cost (100%) of the service booked to the card on file.
- The credit card on file is not charged unless failure to comply with our late cancellation policy.
Payments
- 13% standard HST applies on all sales.
- We accept cash, credit, debit, Mastercard, and American Express.
- We do NOT accept e-transfers.
